Nzulezu (the stilt village)

Waiting to get into the canoes.

This is near where you pay. It was really cool looking but we got tired of it because we had to wait for about 45 minutes before we could get life jackets.

Still waiting, but at least the ocean was pretty.

These are not the canoes we rode on to Nzulezu, but Kristen and I wanted to take them for a spin on the ocean while we waited.

This is the village school. Cute huh? I don't think Kristen learned very much while she was there.

The local bar, and apparently the gift shop.

  1. What a fun little day trip! I'm jealous that you got to go canoeing in such a pretty, foreign place!
